How can I create and access my account?
To update your personal details, please proceed as follows:
- Access your account by clicking on "Hoa Ban Award"
- From the Mường Thanh website
- From the Mường Thanh mobile application
- Enter your e-mail address or your Hoa Ban Award card number along with your password
- Click on the "My profile" section
- Go to "Personal details"
- Make the necessary changes and then click on "Save changes"
Note: For security reasons, you will not be able to make changes to your first name, last name or title. If your situation has changed, please contact service clients.
How do I remove a registered card from my account?
