Known as the largest hotel chain in Vietnam, Muong Thanh Group currently operates 35 hotels recognized 3- 5 star standards, ranging from the most famous destinations to the ideal resorts in Vietnam. From now to the end of 2017, we continuously launch new hotel projects, bringing the current numbers to over 60 hotels.


In June 2016, The Muong Thanh Group is expected to inaugurate Muong Thanh Luxury Vientiane – the 39th hotel in the chain. The launch of Muong Thanh Luxury Vientiane is regarded as the great landmark of the Group’s strategy, expanding its brand-name beyond domestic territory to the regional and international market.

Muong Thanh Vientiane, located at Burichane road , Phonsinoune village,Sisattanack distric,Vientiane cappital,
is a large-scale hotel with the number of 331 rooms which are equipped with the most modern and luxurious facilities, together with 5 star standard services. The employment opportunities are now available for all candidates who wish to joint the stable and professional working environment.

5.     Good English Skill : Speaking, Reading, Writing (Level: C)
6.     Good knowledge about computer software and hotel computer system;
7.     Two years experiences working at four or five star hotel standard

Department supervisor:


1. BA tourism certificate or Tourist School certificate is required;
2. Good knowledge about SOPs/ hotel policy & procedure standard;
3. Have skills: supervise, training, organization, instruction staff effectively;
4. Have skills: human resources management, asset management,information control; 
5. Good at English communication
6. Good knowledge about computer software and hotel computer system;
7. 1 year experiences working at three or five star hotel standard.

 Attendant:


1. High school, BA tourism certificate or Tourist School certificate is required;
2. Good English communication
3. Good knowledge about computer software and hotel computer system is advantage;
4. Having experiences will be prioritized
